Shipping
Shipping is included in the listed price of all items, even international shipping. Within Australia items will be sent via Registered post requiring a signature.
Payment
All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD). All prices include GST. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express or regular payment via PayPal. You are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from Helena Bogucki Design, although if you already have a PayPal account you can use it.
Refunds and exchanges
Refunds and exchanges are available up to 30 days after the purchase date. Items should be returned in secure and appropriate packaging.
Love and care
If you have been lucky enough to adopt a Helena Bogucki Design be sure to care for your piece with love and affection. Pieces that are oxidised will wear back to the original metal surface. Avoid using commercial cleaning products as the surfaces of the jewellery are delicate. Natural body oils may affect the colour of the metal over time.
